Shipping policy



All orders ship Monday through Friday from Oakland, CA. 

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 days, pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed after 7AM PST on Friday will process the following Monday. Please be patient with us, as we are a small business of one and COVID-19 has delayed our processing time. 

Please note, we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once your order ships, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery as shipping times may vary. Please allow for additional time during holiday seasons. We ship using First Class and Priority mail via USPS. 

We offer complimentary ground shipping on all USA orders over $60USD after promotional discounts and excluding taxes. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking. 

  • We are not responsible for USPS or shipping carrier delays.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • For A Field will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.

If you have given us the wrong address for shipping, we are not liable for the contents of the package and are not obligated to give you a refund. Please be sure to double check your mailing address before purchase.

If your purchase is lost or damaged in transit please first contact the USPS within 30 days after the estimated delivery date using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email. Please understand that we are a small business and cannot accept responsibility for lost shipments or damages to purchases that occur in transit.
