Returns
We hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase please visit the RETURN CENTER to submit a request.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. All eligible returns or exchanges must be returned within 14-days from the day you receive your order. Returns sent after this time will not be accepted. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Custom items can not be returned or exchanged. 

Exchanges
All exchange requests must be authorized by FOR A FIELD. Please email us at hi@forafield.com with your purchase number to initiate an exchange. Exchanges will not be accepted without prior authorization.

The merchandise must be in its original condition with the original packaging. Items that have been worn are not eligible for exchange. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.Refused packages do not qualify as a valid exchange. FOR A FIELD is not responsible for returned packages that are damaged or lost in transit and this will not constitute a reason for exchange. If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.

All yearly sales and items purchased using a discount are eligible for exchanges and store credit only. These include purchases made with coupon codes or a gift card or other items with reduced pricing purchased online. Any items sold during a sample sale and during an in-person event are a final sale. Damaged and Incorrect Items
We work hard to have high-quality products sent to all of our customers. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods that are not damaged due to shipping may be returned to FOR A FIELD, with all such returns subject to these Terms of Use

In the case that you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us at hi@forafield.com within 5 business days of receiving your merchandise. We will email you a shipping label for return or exchange. If available, a replacement will be sent upon receipt of the original damaged/incorrect item. If the item is unavailable for exchange you will be refunded the full amount minus the initial shipping costs. Goods damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted for refund.


What classifies as damaged/incorrect:

  • Goods that are different then the goods you ordered.
  • Have defects that make the item unwearable that did not occur from transit.
